So I can text you back and say "FEEL THE BURN!!!!" =)<br /><br />Another piece of advice I have is to relax about it a little bit. If you are mentally putting so much pressure on yourself, this is going to be miserable and it will turn into an obsession instead of a lifestyle change. Look at it with a positive attitude. Working out will be hard at first, but later is will just feel normal. To the comment above me, Greek yogurt is my new obsession, Fage is the one she's talking about (it's pronounced the way she typed it though), that one is okay (Do the honey one if you do that one), but I prefer Chobani (pineapple) or even better is Yoplait Greek...it's about 80 cents cheaper than other Greek yogurt and so much better. So proud of you guys. I'm also t...You go girl!! So proud of you guys. I'm also trying this lifestyle change, and have been for a few months now. I lost 20 lbs so far. You know what really worked for me, losing weight quickly? Gym 5-6 times a week no less than an hour. I ate Faygo Greek Yogurt which is like 0% fat. Put some strawberries in it, and it's pretty good.(One of my college friends lost 40lbs eating this) & also Total cereal is really good for dieting. Swimming is great too if your gym has that. It's great that you have a buddy. My best friend recently joined my gym cause I started slipping, and she motivates me even when I don't want to. Just wanted to wish you guys good luck, and don't get frustrated if you don't see results right away.
